Planning Submitted for Low Energy Home Upgrade in Hertford

We are excited to have submitted planning for this refurbishment of an existing 1970's house in a village outside of Hertford.

The plans involve overcladding the existing house to create a highly insulated home, with air source heat pump and mechanical ventilation heat recovery (MVHR).

The house's appearance will be transformed and bring a new contemporary aesthetic to a tired property, whilst also making it more thermally efficient.
