Planning approval gained for extension in St Albans conservation area

Simon Knight Architects gained planning approval for a house extension in St Albans located within the Alma Road and Priory Park conservation area. The extension helps provide a new dining room and connects the house with the garden by relocating an existing shower room that was blocking access and views. The modest structure sensitively ties in with the existing house whilst providing a light filled space for our Client and their family.
