We have gained planning permission for the refurbishment of an existing industrial unit within the conservation area in Park Street, St Albans. The works include dividing the current unit into three flexible units with associated amenities and a replacement facade. The existing old single glazed facade will be replaced with a new modern cladding system, double glazed windows and roller shutter doors. The unit will be improved aesthetically and thermally!
