Glazed In-fill to Listed House in St Albans
We are excited to have submitted planning for this contemporary extension to a listed building in St Albans. The extension subtly slots a glazed box in between the existing extensions to the rear of the property, providing a two storey link between living spaces and a better connection to the garden. The floor plan creates a new double height dining space with a new staircase linking the basement to the ground floor. In addition to the rear extension, we have also designed a new floor at roof level, which creates a mansard roof which ties in with the neighbouring property. This creates a new ensuite bedroom and study space.
