We are delighted to have gained planning permission in Harpenden for a two storey side and rear extension to an existing 1960's property. The scheme will reconfigure and extend this house to transform it into a generous family home with new open plan living spaces and an additional master suite at first floor. We have worked the design to be sympathetic to the original house but with a contemporary edge and update. We have progressed to detailed technical design whilst awaiting the decision and we hope to be starting on site this summer.
