We are delighted to have achieved planning for this exciting and dynamic house extension in Park Street, St Albans. The new side extension has been designed to accommodate a new open plan kitchen dining space with saw tooth roofscape and zinc cladding to the facade. The extension will have exposed structure and raw finishes internally, reflecting the industrial aesthetic of the context and that the Client were keen on.
We now start the delivery of technical design information with a view of starting on site next year.
